Join us in celebrating our graduating students! We would like to recognize and honor our 2026 graduates, who have been invaluable in their efforts for the COI. Thank you for all that you do, and congratulations on your big achievements!
Trinidad Blea, a graduate assistant at the COI, earned a Master's of Public Health in the Health Behavior and Health Promotion concentration. After graduation, Trinidad plans to work in health education, serving the New Mexico community. With her new free time, she is excited to care for her garden and to spend time with family and pets.
Renee Reyes, a High Fidelity Wraparound Endorsed Coach and Trainer at the COI, earned a Master's of Social Work. After graduation, Renee plans to continue her work at the COI while also working part-time in clinical therapy at the UNM Behavioral Health Clinic. Renee looks forward to reading books for fun, not school, and hiking.
Alana Hancock, a Program Specialist for the NM Family Peer Program at the COI, earned a Master's of Social Work. After graduation, Alana plans to pursue her licensure while she begins her career in medical social work. With a little more free time after graduation, Alana plans to focus on advocating for animal welfare, a topic she is passionate about.
Sarahi Soto-Talavera, a Program Specialist, Sr. at the COI, earned a Master's of Social Welfare. After graduation, Sarahi plans to work within the macro social work field, where she can bridge her passions of labor organizing, abolition, and collective liberation to join the fight of enacting transformative social change at the systems level. In her new free time, Sarahi looks forward to slowing down, catching up on sleep, and engaging in her spiritual practice.
Victoria Herrera-Guerrero, a Student Aid at the COI QSR team, earned a Bachelor's of Social Work. After graduation, Victoria plans to begin her practicum in August, working toward her Master's in Social Work. In the future, Victoria hopes to support families in NM to achieve financial wellbeing, and strengthen her grant-writing skills, working toward building an organization that distributes and matches Individual Development Accounts for families in Doña Ana County.
