The COI provides training and program implementation in the following eight areas to ensure that community providers across New Mexico can learn and grow within a supportive behavioral health environment. Through our various training offerings, we strive for New Mexico's youth and family serving workforce to receive the necessary training and support to improve the quality of care statewide.

Certification Programs & Workforce Trainings

Workforce initiatives designed to equip approved candidates with specialized skills and recognized credentials related to their program field.

Evidence-Based Practices

Opportunities for approved Medicaid providers in New Mexico seeking further training in five Evidence-Based Practices.  

Quality Service Review

Trainings to introduce Quality Service Review concepts and methods to prospective providers interested in becoming a reviewer. 

Trainer Development Opportunities

Trainings designed for approved partners interested in becoming lead trainers in certification and community trainings.

Trauma Responsive Care

Community trainings intended to develop the skills and self-awareness necessary to support individuals in trauma recovery.
