Beyond the Grant: An effective System of Care (SOC) requires a workforce committed to cultivating environments and building collaborative relationships. The purpose of this retreat is to support the implementation, expansion, and integration of the SOC approach by creating sustainable infrastructure and services. We will work on developing and maintaining the availability of each service included in the broad service array, the implementation of system of care principles, the system of care infrastructure, and the achievement of system of care goals.
Sleeping Room Deadline is May 27, 2023. Room availability is not guaranteed beyond this date.
If you don’t need a sleeping room, Food Service deadline is June 13, 2023. Food availability is not guaranteed beyond this date.
Once your registration has been processed, reviewed, and approved, you will receive additional information and a calendar invitation to attend the retreat.
Each SOC/HTEP agency(All Faiths-Valencia, La Casa BH, UNM BHC, Desert View FC, New Day Y&FS) will be alloted 5 attendee slots:

Wraparound Supervisor
Each Non-Grant agency(MHR, All Faiths Bernalillo, Guidance Center of LC, FYI+) will be allotted 3 attendee slots:
