Minimum Qualifications for:
Facilitator:
A. Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in social services, human services or an equivalent field with a minimum of two (2) years lived and/or paid experience working with the target population; or
B. Facilitators may have an Associate’s Degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field with a minimum of four (4) years lived and/or paid experience working with the target population; or
C. Facilitators may have a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) with a minimum of six (6) years lived and/or paid experience working with the target population.
Supervisor:
A. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience working with the target population and/or High-Fidelity Wraparound program and supervision. Lived experience can count for two (2) of the four (4) years required experience; or
B. Master’s Degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with the target population and/or High-Fidelity Wraparound program and supervision. Lived experience can count for one (1) of the two (2) years’ experience.
