DBT Training and Consultation

To participate in upcoming DBT trainings, agencies must first complete a DBT Agency Team Application. Identified team members must also submit the DBT Individual Team Member Application to be fully considered for the training program. Individual clinicians interested in the DBT Initiative Program are able to apply without an agency team—please only complete the Individual DBT Application if this applies to you.

Applications will be processed as they are received. Applicants who meet team criteria will be notified of acceptance into the DBT Team Training Cohort.
