Welcome! If you are interested in becoming a provider of High-Fidelity Wraparound in New Mexico, you are in the right place. This page provides all the information you need to prepare for and submit your application.
New Mexico’s Wraparound Program is overseen by the New Mexico Children Youth and Families Department, Behavioral Health Services with support from the Center of Innovation Wraparound Coaching and Training team.

Applications will be reviewed, prioritized, and approved based upon a phased expansion plan, current needs, and existing resources. - Providers who work with Children and Families

Process Overview
- View eLearning
- Complete Provider Agency Interest Form
- Provider Leadership/Administration meets with Wraparound Consultant for Program Expectations Overview and support completing application.
- Provider downloads and completes application form.
- Provider Submits Full Application
- CYFD-BHS Leadership reviews for completeness and readiness.
- Provider Interview with CYFD-BHS or designee.
- Approval/Denial with explanation and next steps.
- Medicaid Enrollment or update and MCO Contracting.
- Staff recruitment and training begins
- Coach Assigned from the Center of Innovation
- Set launch date to begin enrolling youth and families
