This preparedness session is designed to provide information and orientation to the training process for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for clinical leadership and providers.
This training is intended for New Mexico Behavioral Health Clinical Leadership and Clinicians interested in implementing TF-CBT in their practice.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based, trauma focused treatment for children and teens between the ages of 3 and 17. TF-CBT is a skills-based treatment model that decreases PTSD and depressive symptoms in children and teens and improves the relationship between children and their caregivers.
Please note: CEUs will not be distributed for attending a preparedness session, but it is highly recommended you attend prior to submitting an application for training.
