Kate Gibbons, Ph.D., LCSW, LISW

Kate has a Doctor of Philosophy, Organizational Transformation and Leadership from Saybrook University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Hawaii. Kate has 25 years of experience in achieving qualitative change through strategic collaboration, organizational and people development, and measurement. She has specific expertise in creating and implementing performance measures, system-wide processes, and organizational development. She has worked with programs in multiple states.

Currently, Kate works at the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing as a Program Operations Director, Sr. where she is developing the Quality Service Review (QSR) section of the COI. In this, Kate is collaborating with state leaders, conducting trainings and development of training materials, leading and conducting reviews, training reviewers, and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data. She also trains Clinical Reasoning and Case Formulation, and Quality Service Review.

Additionally, Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Hawaii and Licensed Independent Social Worker in the State of New Mexico.
