Caitlin Goodwin

Caitlin is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of New Mexico. Caitlin has a strong history of experience working in behavioral health since 2002. In this time, Caitlin has had many different roles, many of which involved working with and advocating for children and youth. She has worked in direct care at residential care settings, group homes, and youth shelters. Caitlin has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults, having focused on individuals with ASD, conduct disorders, and housing instability. Most recently, Caitlin was the Program Manager of a transitional living program in Albuquerque.

Currently, Caitlin works as a High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator, Endorsed Coach, and Lead Trainer at the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health. Additionally, Caitlin is a Certified High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator and Endorsed Coach, NHA Trainer, and holds certifications in the following: Therapeutic Care Intervention (TCI), Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), QPR-Suicide Prevention, Motivational Interviewing, and more.

Elizabeth McBride

Elizabeth has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lewis University. Elizabeth has extensive experience working with and advocating for children and youth. Elizabeth worked with children and youth in child development creating weekly activity plans, assisted children to foster positive identities, and worked in partnership with parents, trainers, therapists, and management to curate the best individual plans for children. Additionally, Elizabeth worked in CPS as a Senior Case Worker where she investigated child abuse referrals and managed caseloads.

Currently, Elizabeth works as an Endorsed NM High Fidelity Wraparound Coach at the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health. In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for providing individual and group coaching, training, and support according to NM High Fidelity Wraparound (NM-HFW) model. She also conducts fidelity evaluations in accordance to NM-HFW and collaborates with stakeholders and upcoming agencies to expand and support outreach and community training.

In addition to Elizabeth’s professional experience and education, she also is certified in NM High Fidelity Wraparound, Nurtured Heart Approach Trainer, Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment, Motivational Interviewing, Comprehensive Community Support Services, and Youth Mental Health First Aid.

Jessica Orozco

Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology from Eastern New Mexico University. Jessica has expansive knowledge and experience working in NM High-Fidelity Wraparound. Jessica began her journey as a Certified Wraparound Facilitator. In that role, Jessica provided intensive Care Coordination that includes but is not limited to urgent safety and stability planning and response, addressing of eminent risks, assisting in meeting basic needs, and emergency team meetings. Further, Jessica also worked closely with youth, family, or other teams to assist in teaching them the purpose and values of the Wraparound approach. Jessica then worked as an Endorsed Wraparound Coach & Supervisor in which she provided individual and group coaching, developed facilitators to competency of NM High-Fidelity Wraparound, and assisted in co-training NM High-Fidelity Wraparound Training curriculum.

Currently, Jessica works as a Program Manager, Sr. and Endorsed Wraparound Coach for the Center of Innovation in Behavioral Health. In this role, Jessica provides individual and group coaching, side by side coaching, and trains the NM High Fidelity Wraparound training curriculum.

Additionally to Jessica’s education and professional experience, she also is a Certified Endorsed Wraparound Coach and a Certified Wraparound Facilitator.

Renee Reyes

Renee Reyes

NM High-Fidelity Wraparound Endorsed Coach

Renee has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from the University of New Mexico and is currently working toward her master’s degree in Social Work from New Mexico State University. Renee has direct experience working with children and youth as well as advocating for their needs and wellbeing. In prior positions, Renee has created and lead staff trainings and programs and advocated for Refugee and Immigrant families, connecting these families to resources, filling out immigration forms, and helped create pathways for diversity, equity, and inclusion through various community organizations. Renee also has worked as a High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator where she worked directly with families to identify underlying needs, helped youth and families overcome various barriers, created safety plans to help prevent crisis, and more.

Currently, Renee works as a Program Manager, Sr., High Fidelity Wraparound Coach in Training and Wraparound Trainer at the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health. In this role, Renee coaches Wraparound Facilitators in Training (FIT) and Certified Wraparound Facilitators at various agencies, completes Fidelity evaluations on FITs, and creates and facilitates Wraparound training for providers across the state of New Mexico.

Additionally, Renee is a Certified CANS trainer and a Certified Wraparound Facilitator.

Steve Johnson

Steve Johnson

NM High-Fidelity Wraparound Master Coach

Steve has over 40 years of experience in behavioral health, specializing in training and program leadership. He is a Master Coach and Lead Trainer for the NM High Fidelity Wraparound program at the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health, where he develops training programs, provides coaching, and consults on Wraparound implementation. Steve is also a Certified Wraparound Facilitator and Licensed Clinical Counselor in New Mexico.
