Quality Service Reviewer Training Application and Registration

During this 2-day training participants will learn the philosophy of QSR, cornerstones of best-practice, and become familiar with the QSR protocol and the process for applying QSR focus measures and indicator scoring. The training process to become a Quality Service Review reviewer combines classroom learning with hands-on experience. After attending training, if ready to move forward with becoming a reviewer, the trainee is assigned to a seasoned QSR reviewer to serve as mentor. Working as a team, the reviewer-in-training is provided opportunities for observation and gradually takes on a more active role. Training activities are designed to provide inter-rater reliability, ensuring accuracy in the resulting data.
Who is this training for?
This training is open to potential QSR Reviewers and those interested in Shadow Reviewing in Agency to Agency Reviews. Those interested in learning more about the process for general knowledge are also welcome, space permitting.
Training Takes place via Zoom, March 16-17th, 2023 9:00 AM -4:00 PM, with 1 hour break for lunch
