When people become emotionally escalated and highly stressed whether in the workplace, in a treatment environment or at home the chance for damaged relationships and danger grows. This training will introduce the crisis cycle to use as a tool to identify safe and well-regulated base line, pre-crisis, crisis and post crisis and the warning signs so staff can prevent escalation and use effective attuned strategies to resort calm and safety. This training meets the CYFD & HSD Trauma Responsive Training requirements.
