Quality Service Review
What is Quality Service Review?
QSR is an inquiry-based review of practice, results, and working conditions used to both evaluate and stimulate practice development through an Action Learning process. QSR looks at individuals who are currently receiving agency services and identifies both strengths and areas for improvement in the agency’s practice.
Our Role with Quality Service Review
The Center of Innovation supports the statewide implementation of Quality Service Review across the system of care. Through partnerships with the State of New Mexico, COI is developing a process for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) with QSR as a core component of that process.
